  • At “PROPOSAL”: Quote File and Total Amount are locked in.
  • At “NEGOTIATION”: Requires % Discount and Success Probability.
  • At “LOST”: Failure Reason is required to save.

Automation & Conditions:

  • Revenue Roll-up: Marking WON auto-adds the deal value to the Customer’s “Total Revenue”.
  • Upsell Logic: “Upsell” types automatically increment the Upsell Count on the parent Customer.

Appoinment’s Workflow

  • At “CONFIRMED”: Date/Time and Link must be filled.
